Dr. Stephen Haake was born and raised in the Kansas City area. After graduating from Rockhurst High School in 1993 he went on to receive his B.S. degree in Biology in May of 1997 from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. In 2001 he graduated from the Creighton University Boyne School of Dental Science. While there he received the 2001 American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award for Excellence.
In the past four years Dr. Haake has nearly doubled the required amount of continuing education required and still avidly attends courses to provide the most up to date health based dentistry. He has far exceeded the requirements for continuing education for dentists in Kansas and Missouri.
In January 2009 Dr. Haake achieved a goal less than 200 dentists in the world have accomplished. He graduated from the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry. This course is an intense three year course designed to give dentists the knowledge to successfully treat patients exhibiting signs and symptoms of TMJ Disorder. The course involves treating patients clinically, presenting cases, and critiquing over twenty ongoing cases.
Dr. Haake is a member of the Academy of Bioesthetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
The rest of Dr. Haake's time is spent with his wife, Jeni, and their three children: Charlie, Jack, and Alaina.
