The first quarter of 2012 we saying Thank You! to all our new patients and existing patients who refer friends and family to our practice.
If you are a new patient, when you arrive for your first appointment you wil write your name on a ticket and put it in the fishbowl for our New Patient Appreciation drawing to be held April 2nd.
Existing patients, and New Patients can have their name put in a drawing for a seperate iPad 2 by referring friends and family to our office. Unlike the New Patient Appreciation drawing, the Patient Referral Appreciation drawing gives you one entry for each new patient you refer. There is NO LIMIT to the number of entries you can get. So tell your friends and family to increase your chances of winning!
If they are not ready until after April 1st, don't worry. For the second quarter we wil be giving away a Flat Panel HD Television!
